Our house is located on the sunny side in the middle of two top ski resorts in the Paznaun valley. From the opposite skibus stop, you come directly to the base station every hour of kappl. Perfect for beginners and in bad weather. 4,6 km just a few minutes you can reach the ski&party arena Ischgl-Samnaun (duty free shopping).
