The cosy and inviting 62 m² holiday flat is located in the basement, can be reached via a staircase, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and offers space for 4 people. Amenities include WiFi, underfloor heating, a workstation for home office, a towel dryer, a dishwasher and a TV. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided. In the private outdoor area you will find a covered terrace and a barbecue. The top ski areas Hochzillertal, Hochfügen, Spieljoch and the Zillertal Arena can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Near our house you will find hiking trails and cycle paths. A fishing pond or a large outdoor adventure pool are just a 5-minute drive away. Countless leisure activities can be enjoyed in the vicinity of the accommodation. There are 2 car parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking indoors and events are not permitted. The accommodation has a stepless indoor area.
