The apartment has air conditioning.
In front of the building is a terrace with flowers and a covered seating area and a large barbecue / fireplace for guests to use. Next to the apartment there is one parking space available to guests of the apartment on a public area at no charge.
Pets are allowed for extra price of 8 €/day , you pay directly to the owner.
Final cleaning is separately calculated and paid for.
In addition to the excellent location near the sea, in the greenery and in the city center, the apartment offers the possibility of visiting the wine cellar of the host, located in the village near Poreč where the host can organize a wine tasting of Istrian wines and taste Istrian specialties (prosciutto and cheese).
