Our house is located in the centre of Kirchberg in Tyrol.
In Winter the ski bus, which takes you directly to access the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg Ski Area, with connection to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, stops just outside the house. However, the ski slopes and ski school are easily reached on foot in 2 minutes.
In Summer you can begin your hikes, cycling and mountain bike tours, as well as excursions, from our house. Kirchberg’s village centre, with lots of shops, restaurants and cafés is within a few minutes’ walk.

Relax in our ”Wellness“ area with sauna, solarium and fitness room, or enjoy a good glass of wine at our house bar.
