Appartements Am Aineck are directly under the ski lift in the fantastic Austrian resort of Katschberg. It is in the South West of the country. It is extremely well connected and easy to reach by road due to its proximity to the major A10 motorway. Despite its handy location near to a main road, guests will be delighted to find that they are still in the heart of nature and surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Mountains, forests, and meadows will be sure to please all. With the slopes and ski areas so close to the property, guests can literally be skiing within moments of awaking. The Katschberg ski area offers 50 kilometres of superb red runs, and ten kilometres of black and blue slopes. There is also a children's snow park. In the summer, the area is popular for hiking and cycling. Additionally, horse riding, rafting, kaying, and canyoning are all popular, with the River Mur having some exciting river rapids. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool in St Michael, as well as golf and miniature golf nearby.

The Appartements Am Aineck have two different types of accommodation. Each can accommodate between 2 and 5 guests. Each apartment type has a bedroom, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, a well equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms, and spacious sun terraces. In the kitchen, guests will find an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and all necessary utensils to enjoy a great self catering break. In the living room, there is satellite television and a telephone. There are no sofa beds in the apartments, meaning that every guest can enjoy a good night's sleep in their own real bed.

These apartment enjoy a convenient location, near to a wide range of activities and all local amenities and facilities. Ski and sports equipment can be hired from near to the apartments. There is a ski school in the area, and a restaurant literally opposite the front door. There are ski and boot storage facilities at the property.
