With fantastic views of the Gailtaler and Karnische Alps as well as the Hochstadel on the edge of the Lienz Dolomites, our 300-year-old farmhouse is situated on the sunny southern slope of the Kreuzeck group at an altitude of 1,055 m above sea level - a good 400 metres above the Drautal valley. Our two lovingly furnished holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for nature-oriented hikes or mountain bike tours to the Leppner Alm and its surrounding mountain trails and peaks. For those who like to be a bit more comfortable, you can also drive along a forest road to a parking lot at an altitude of approx. 1,650m and start hiking from there. The Guesthouse Bergheimat at 1.618m (managed all year round) is a comfortable way of getting around, which can be easily reached via the forest road or a hiking trail above our house on foot, by bicycle or car. In the winter, you can also ski touring or take the toboggan directly from our house to the Bergheimat Guesthouse (600 metres above sea level) and enjoy the well-deserved descent. For warming up or just relaxing at home we also like to heat our sauna house in the garden. OUR PRICES INCLUDE AMONG OTHERS:
Towels, bed linen, dishtowels, energy (electricity and heating), parking in the carport, final cleaning and local taxes of 1,60€ per person/day. FURTHER INFORMATION ... Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. It is not possible to take pets with you. CHECK-IN: from 03:00 p.a. CHECK-OUT: until 11:00 a.m. Only cash payment is possible on site. To confirm your reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 20% of the package price - we will send you an e-mail with the amount and our account details.
After receipt of your deposit we will send you the booking confirmation by e-mail. In the case of cancellations, the terms and conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations (in % of the package price) apply:
Up to 3 months before arrival: 0%
Up to 1 month before arrival: 40%
Up to 1 week before arrival: 70%
In the last week: 90% The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006 apply.
