Chalet Gypaete #2 - Maeva

The GYPAETE CHALET is a beautiful and large family house, built in the early 2000s, dressed in local stone and topped with an elegant slate roof. It exudes a mountain charm that makes you feel like you are in a refuge in the heart of the Alps. GYPAETE is an ideal building for gathering with your loved ones, extended family, friends, and colleagues.
Located in the Almes district (south exposure), 80 meters from the ski start-return skier, 100 meters from the Chaudannes and Pâquis chairlifts, 300 meters from the TIGNES LE LAC resort center (French Ski School, TIGNES House, ski lifts, shops, and public parking).
The GYPAETE chalet includes 2 apartments, a ski locker room equipped with boot warmers, and a common staircase serving the 3 levels of living space.
- GYPAETE 1 (14 people) is a DUPLEX apartment on the ground floor and 1st floor
- GYPAETE 2 (10 people) occupies the 2nd and last floor.

GYPAETE 2 - 6 rooms 10 people 90m2. CHALET range
Apartment GYPAETE 2 is located on the second and last floor of the chalet.
It has a common entrance with apartment GYPAETE 1 on the ground floor with ski locker room and boot warmers.
It is composed as follows:
- Living room - dining room: 1 large table for 10 people, large U-shaped sofa, with coffee table, 3 armchairs, 1 desk, 1 TV, 1 fireplace, and 1 large balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator with freezer compartment, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 extractor hood, 1 thermos coffee maker, 1 kettle, and 1 toaster.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 both equipped with 2 single beds, bedside table, storage cupboard, with access to a common balcony for the 2 bedrooms. Each has a private shower room with shower, sink, toilet, and towel radiator.
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, bedside table, storage cupboard, with adjoining shower room equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, bedside table, and storage cupboard
- Bedroom 5: 1 double bed and 1 sofa, bedside table, and storage cupboard
- Shower room in bedroom 4 shared with bedroom 4 and 5 equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and towel radiator.
- Separate toilet

- SAUNA, Wifi, Sheets and towels, beds made, fireplace wood, baby cot and high chair
- end of stay cleaning except kitchen
- Ski lockers, drying room for ski boots.
The following services are not included but available at an additional cost and by reservation:
- mandatory covered public parking: To be booked directly on the INDIGO website
- Pets: pets are not allowed - non-smoking apartment
