Located in TIGNES VAL CLARET (2100m altitude), LE CHALET PRE SAINT-JACQUES is situated on the shores of Lake Tignes, a stone's throw from the lakeside promenade and close to the 18-hole golf course (summer season) in the middle of a quiet flower-filled meadow.
The Chartreux district is an emblematic area of Tignes, known for its calmness and surrounding nature. Just a 100m walk from the shuttle stop "LES CHARTREUX" which, in winter, takes you to the ski lifts: Tichot chairlift and Grande Motte funicular (access to the glacier) in less than 5 minutes.

Located in the Chartreux district in TIGNES VAL CLARET, the original state PRE SAINT-JACQUES chalet is spread over 3 levels of living space, without a balcony or terrace but with large windows and views of the lake or the Grande Motte glacier.
The entrance to the chalet is accessed by a few steps, leading directly to the 1st floor which consists of:
- 1 Entrance equipped with a ski storage space, boot dryer, and a bench for taking off shoes
- 1 Living room: living room, lounge, open space between the fireplace, TV area, and bar, south-east facing windows with sofas and coffee table.
- 1 Equipped kitchen with 1 refrigerator, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 gas stove, 1 kettle, 1 coffee maker, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 toaster.
- 1 Separate dining room with tables and chairs for 15 people.
- 1 Small annex kitchen equipped with a 4-drawer freezer, washing machine, and sink.
- 1 Separate toilet
Garden level:
- Bedroom 1 accessed by stairs from the living room, equipped with 3 single beds, bedside table and lamp, private bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
- Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, adjoining, accessed by stairs from the dining room
* No. 2 facing south with 2 single beds, bedside table and lamp, private bathroom with bathtub, towel warmer, and toilet

2nd floor:

* No. 5 facing south (view of the Grande Motte glacier) with 2 single beds, bedside table and lamps
- Shared bathroom for the 2 bedrooms with bathtub, towel warmer.
- Separate toilet shared by the 2 bedrooms
- Bedroom 6 family suite: a bedroom with 1 double bed (window with a view of the lake), opposite a mezzanine overlooking the living room with 2 single beds, shared bathroom with bathtub, towel warmer, and toilet.
