Whatever motivates you – I offer you for your project a beautiful absolutely quiet HIDE-AWAY with a feel-good ambience and breathtaking views of the Mittagskogel and the Karawanken in the Villach – Faaker See region. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet family house and can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. The apartment is newly renovated. On your arrival, the beds are freshly made and towels are also available - arrive and enjoy. The view from the balcony of the Carinthian mountains is breathtaking - a glass of wine by candlelight on the balcony or just let your soul dangle. On approx. 74 m² you will find a living-dining room with sofa (extendable for max. 2 people), lounge furniture and modern dining table area. The kitchen is well equipped with a kitchen island, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and kettle. A swivelling Samsung Flatscreen 65'' invites you to cozy TV evenings. In the separate bedroom you can relax wonderfully - a double bed for 2 people is available. The bathroom is equipped with a panoramic shower, electric towel warmers, underfloor heating and a washing machine. Transparent glass sliding doors ensure a free sense of space. We are happy to take over the final cleaning - you can start the journey home relaxed and relaxed and do not have to worry about anything. The location of the apartment is perfect - in 5 minutes you are at the Faaker See as well as in the center. Via the nearby motorway junction Villach-Faakersee you can reach the sea in Italy or Slovenia in just one and a half hours – perfect for a day trip. Or just drive to nearby Tarvis (I) or Kranskagora (SLO) for dinner – they are there in just 20 minutes. Even in winter, this HIDE-AWAY is the perfect starting point for all your activities. The Gerlitzen ski area can be reached in just 15 minutes – numerous other ski areas can be reached in/from 30 minutes. You can also reach attractive ski resorts in Tarvisio and surroundings (I) or in Kranjska Gora (SLO) in about 20 minutes. Everywhere you can also go touring skiing, winter hiking, ice skating and much more. Personally, I love spring and autumn in Carinthia. The mid-seasons are wonderfully quiet and there are so many possibilities to let your soul dangle in nature or to be pampered in nature, in sports, in art and culture or in the cuisine. I am happy to give you the best tips for your feel-good stay!  The car can be parked safely in front of the house free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is available. Included for you with every stay: fresh bed linen/towels plentiful, cleaning products/sponges/kitchen roll/tabs for the dishwasher and soap for the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, fresh scent at the toilet. toilet paper, detergent, baking paper, aluminum foil, ice cube tray (the shaker can crush ice cubes),
