Typical mountain farm in quiet location, wonderful view, edge of municipality, residence separate, 2 well-maintained, as new apartments "Tusna" or "Matines" with balcony/own garden (barbecue), own playground for 2/4 - 6 persons (approx. 55-70 m²) hiking trails, cross-country ski runs, Dorfbahn/hiking bus 2 minutes' walk away. In winter: Ski/snow sports instructors in the house. The Dorfbahn ski region and children's ski field are easily reached on foot, free toboggan use, ski room, ski boot drying rack
