he apartment is located on the edge of the forest, beautifully facing south. It has a separate entrance. There is a private garden and lawn or playground. The apartment has a size of approx. 85 m². It is perfectly furnished. A large living room, as well as two separate bedrooms (north and south) give you enough freedom to relax. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Internet radio and internet are available. It is a beautiful starting point for mountain biking or other alpine activities. A hiking trail leads directly past the house. In winter, the cross-country ski run runs only 20 meters from the apartment. The use of the Mallnitzer Tauernbad is FREE in winter. On cooler days you can relax by the fire of the pellet stove. The use of the indoor pool is included in the price in winter. The final cleaning is € 35, - once. The tourist tax is per day for adults summer € 2.50 winter € 3.50.

The apartment is located on a small hill. In winter snow chains are required for fresh snow.
