Welcome to Mieders in the Stubai Valley! Mieders is ideal for your summer holiday and is also a popular holiday destination in winter due to a wide range of sports on offer.
In our area are the Serlesbahnen, which offer excellent cross-country ski trails, downhill slopes and a wonderful natural toboggan run down to the valley in winter. Whether cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing or snowshoeing - all these sports are possible in Mieders.
In summer, the high moor invites you to go hiking. In addition, a variety of paths and forest roads allow mountain biking. With the summer toboggan run you can get down to the valley at high speed. Another highlight is the pilgrimage route to the pilgrimage site of Maria Waldrast. This pilgrimage route starts directly at the Marien-Brunnen in front of our house. The Mieders swimming pool or the StuBay bathing paradise in the neighbouring village of Telfes are also worth a visit. 
Mieders is also an ideal starting point to quickly reach the Schlick 2000 and Elferbahnen hiking and skiing areas or the Stubai Glacier.
A trip to the nearby provincial capital of Innsbruck, with its many sights as well as cultural and leisure activities, is also highly recommended.

The central, yet quiet location of our house allows you to easily reach all the facilities important for your holiday such as shops, restaurants, ski lifts, bus stops, etc. within a few minutes on foot. Furthermore, there is a grocery store in our house (SPAR market).

Interesting facts in brief: • "A guest of the Stubai Valley": Our offer includes the Stubai Guest Card. With the Stubai Guest Card you receive numerous discounts and free additional services. The Stubai Guest Card is not the Stubai Card or the Stubai Super Card.

• "A guest of carefree": We do not offer catering. In order to make it easier for you to be self-sufficient, we are happy to offer you our bread service in the morning from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays). There is also a grocery store (SPAR market) in our house.
Of course, our house offers free Wi-Fi, free room safes, free ski boot dryers or free lockable lockers for the skis.
• "A guest of nature": In the sense of a conscious use of natural resources, we try to avoid unnecessary washes. That's why every guest receives a shower towel and a towel every third day. Bed linen is of course provided.
• "A guest of mobility": The bus stops right next to our house Rappold ***S, with which you can reach any hiking and skiing area in the Stubai Valley or the provincial capital Innsbruck within a very short time. If you arrive by car, free private parking is also available.
• "A guest as a partner": The prices for the respective apartment are per stay including final cleaning and VAT. The tourist tax is Euro 2.80 per night, per person from the age of 15 and is not included in the offer price. When booking, we would ask you for a deposit. The remaining amount must be paid in cash at least one day before departure. If you cancel 90 days before arrival or earlier, you will receive your deposit back. In case of later cancellation, we will unfortunately not be able to refund your deposit. In the event of a lockdown in Austria, which affects accommodation establishments, you will of course always receive your deposit back.
