On the ground floor there is a generous dressing and ski room, further down the hall one arrives directly in the generous dining and kitchen-living room. The stylish mix of old rarities, such as a rustic tiled stove, creaky wooden floors and new, high-quality furnishings give the house a very special charm. In the fully equipped, modern kitchen including espresso machine, dishwasher, free-standing retro refrigerator, etc. you can look directly into the spacious garden with its own terrace as well as the beautiful surrounding mountain peaks. Two fully equipped bathrooms with towels and a hairdryer as well as two separate toilets provide additional comfort. The rustic, romantic wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the four tastefully furnished bedrooms with box spring beds are located. From our house you can walk to the center of Wagrain, the “Grafenbergbahn” ski lift station and numerous hiking routes start in the immediate vicinity.
