Our house is in a wonderfully quiet location on the edge of the forest and yet only a few minutes' walk from the Filzmoos town center. We rent 2 cozy apartments for 2-6 people with balcony or garden access. An ideal starting point for beautiful hikes in summer and winter. You can walk to the slopes directly from the house. The ski lifts, cross-country trails, ski schools and the Filzmoos adventure park are easily accessible without a car. Roll service is offered. Including: FILZMOOS SOMMER CARD classic, WiFi, parking, bed linen, bath and hand towels, table linen and tea towels.
Exclusive: final cleaning, overnight tax, bread service.

Extra costs for the stay of dogs: € 10/per day.
