Our house is located on the sunny side of the Paznaun Valley between two top ski resorts of Tyrol. The house was built in 1980 and finished in 1982. Since then, we have looked after each other year by year for their outer and inner preservation and with success. Only 10 years later this apartment was developed with own hands. Through the many wood is a rustic and at the same cozy, warm atmosphere awakened. Now the house is already 35 years old, but everything is well in the shot and above all; clean. For a one-time fee of € 8.00 the W-Lan can be used throughout the house.
In the basement you will find a ski boot dryer for your wet shoes.
The house is directly opposite the ski bus stop to Kappl. To reach the ski bus stop to Ischgl you have to reach approx. 450 m - 15 min. to run. Ischgl can also be reached in 6 minutes by car. Included: W-LAN, heating, 1x wöchtenl. Towel changing, drying room for shoes, water, electricity, service for milk and rolls.
