The spacious apartment in our newly built house has been lovingly furnished by us and exudes cozy comfort and a family atmosphere. Spread over two floors, the apartment can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Upstairs there is a double room, shower and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dining area, balcony, couch and satellite TV. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance via an outside staircase. The additional double room with shower, toilet and satellite TV on the ground floor can be reached via this staircase. Free LAN or WiFi is available in all rooms. All rooms are flooded with light and offer a breathtaking view of the Stubai mountains. A balcony offers space to take a deep breath and be amazed.

Location: In the middle of green meadows, quiet but not isolated, you will find your home for a well-deserved vacation. Our newly built house is located in the Milders district, within a few minutes' walk there are bus stops, a grocery store, restaurants and farms that offer their self-made products for sale. The riverside path leads past the house, bike paths and cross-country trails are also a few meters away.
