Our home is nicely situated at the sunny plain of St. Oswald. It offers you the perfect entrance to all of the winter sports area of Bad Kleinkirchheim with in total 30 lifts and cable cars, 100 km of slopes, ski schools and ski kindergarten. Only 2 minutes away there is the ski- and spa-bus station. Free of charge you can reach the Nockalm-cable car in 2 minutes and Brunnach-cable in 5 minutes.

Our charming and comfortable apartment for 4 persons is equipped with central- and floor heating as well as an additional wood stove for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, an electric stove, a large fridge and a microwave oven.
The living room is fitted with a comfortable couch (to be converted to a double bed), wooden furniture and SAT-flat -TV.
A separate bedroom for 2 persons and a bathroom with shower and a seperated toilet complete the apartment.
