The property benefits from ski to door access, and the charming centre of Maribor village is only 10 minutes away by car. There are cultural and historic sights in the village, such as the Maribor Regional Museum and St John the Baptist's Cathedral. In the summer, one can enjoy activities such as cycling, hiking, and horse riding.

The 34 luxury apartments are spread between two apartment houses, which are constructed from natural materials such as stone and wood. Apartments are available in different sizes, and can accommodate between two and eight people. The number of bedrooms depends on the size of the apartment. The suites have a private bathroom, complete with shower and hair dryer, a living room with LCD TV, a warming fireplace, and either a balcony or terrace with beautiful views of the surroundings.
