Our house is located directly at the Maltschacher See and has its own beach. The completely natural, unspoilt and warm bathing lake at 600 m above sea level is often called the heart of Carinthia.
All around you will find meadows, fields and forests with many paths for hiking in unspoilt nature. In a short time you can reach the large and well-known bathing lakes of Carinthia, the Ossiacher See and the Wörther See, as well as the important cultural sites of our country.
Mountain lovers will find a wonderful hiking area in the southern border mountains of Carinthia, in the Karawanken and the Nockberge mountains. Our house is an Eldorado for families with children. No car traffic! From our beautiful, well-kept farm you have an incomparable view of the adjacent Maltschacher See. Of course you can use our own beach free of charge. Child price available only in the family room or with an extra bed in a room with two paying adults. Extra charges in the apartments: electricity. Dogs allowed in apartments for an extra charge of 10 € per day.
