our house is situated in sunny and quiet location, about 20 Minutes from the centre of Kappl away. You have a marvellous view through the whole valley. The bus stop (Skibus) is only about 200 m beside our house. If you want to arrive by car, there is a huge parking area in front of our house. In our house there is also a special room for keeping ski and snowboards and drying skiboots. We have a free breakfastservice. You can order your breakfast stuff until latest 20:30 our bakerey bring your Breakfast every morning. For breakfast or for chilling in the evening you can use our lounge in a typically tirolian stle. So there you have a complete kitchen.
