Residence Alba Nova

The Residence Alba Nova is located in a newly built property in the heart of Italy's Andalla. Guests can benefit from the close proximity of a range of amenities and facilities, including a supermarket, restaurant, bar, spa, climbing park, and more. The beautiful Dolomites provide the perfect backdrop. The hotel is a great choice for singles, couples, groups of friends, and families. The nearest ski area is found only 200 metres away from the hotel, and it is easily and quickly reached by foot. There is also a local ski bus, with a stop conveniently situated right outside of the hotel. The cross country skiing trails can be found within 500 metres of the front door.

There are various sized apartment options within the building; there are those that sleep between 4 and 5 people, those that can accommodate between 5 and 6 people, and those that sleep between 7 and 8 guests. The smaller capacity apartments have two bedrooms, whereas the larger ones have three bedrooms. Each has a private bathroom, complete with hair dryer, and a balcony. Rooms also feature a TV, telephone, safe, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a lift in the building.

Guests can rent various sports equipment onsite, including, for example, ski and snow board equipment, snow shoes, and bicycles.
