La Martre des pins is a traditional 3-star chalet that was largely renovated in 2014. All bathrooms and the kitchen are brand new for your comfort. Approximately 15 minutes walk from the center of Morzine, the chalet allows you to be close to the resort's activities while being in a quiet area. By the fireplace, admiring the view, or exploring the area, this cozy mountain chalet is ideal for family vacations. It can accommodate 10/12 people. Spread over 3 levels, about 180m2, the chalet is composed as follows: Ground floor: An entrance with ski room (boot dryer), a children's room with 2x2 bunk beds (90×190), a laundry room, a double room (160×200) en suite with shower and toilet, terrace access. Level 1: a hallway with toilet and shower room, a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, living room with wood stove, balcony and garden access. Level 2: a hallway, a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, two double rooms (160×200) with balcony access, a double room with a bed (130×190). The access to the chalet is a bit steep (snow chains may be necessary in winter for exceptional cases). Outdoor parking for 3 cars. Pets allowed, maximum 3, at a rate of 5€/day.
