The Sole Alto Residence is nestled in the woods between the two major slopes of Panciana and Nera. Built 1,500 metres high, it provides great views of the surrounding stunning areas. The apartments are ideal for those who enjoy the option of self catering whilst on holiday. The ski lifts are either 200 metres away or, alternatively, by taking a shuttle bus to the Marilleva centre. You can enjoy the amazing views all year round, the excellent skiing in winter and the beautiful outdoors in the summer.



There are different types of apartments available, including studio flats and two room flats. Each apartment has basic cooking facilities, including a fridge, electrical hot plates and all necessary kitchen equipment. They also have a TV, telephone, hairdryer and large windows to admire the breath-taking views. Cleaning is offered on request.



Nearby facilities include a TV room, indoor heated swimming pool, a disco, a children’s club, a ski lodge, entertainment, a solarium with sun loungers, summer tennis courts, and guided walks in the summer. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance, as well as steam room, massage and sauna facilities at the Hotel Marilleva 1400.



Wifi is available for an additional fee, and there is car parking available. The apartments are easily reached by car, or by a train and bus combination.
