Apartment Emanuela I is one of three apartments in the Silver holiday house. It is located on the ground floor on the left side of the house and has a view of the garden that surrounds the house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has a terrace with garden furniture and a garden view. It covers an area of 50 m2 and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. At the disposal of all guests in the house is a shared pool and garden, with a barbecue area with garden furniture and one parking space for each apartment in the house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, a comfortable living room with a dining room, two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment also has a balcony with garden furniture and a pool view. The apartment covers an area of 120 m2 and offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. Guests have access to a common pool and garden, with a barbecue area with garden furniture and one parking space for each apartment in the house. The apartment is in Varvari, a quiet suburb of Poreč, only 3 km from the city center and 3 km from the first beaches. Near the house, there is a bakery, a café, a children's playground and a famous Istrian tavern known for its very tasty dishes.
