Welcome to our Sternhof guesthouse in Mieders in the Stubaital - leave everyday life hectic behind and spend the best hours together with your family in a comfortable and cosy atmosphere. Our Sternhof guesthouse is located on the outskirts of the sunny Mieders, in the Stubaital, and is the ideal base for excursions of all kinds. The Serlesbahnen skiing and hiking area in Mieders can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. In winter, the Serlesbahnen area is one of the most family-friendly skiing resorts of the Stubaital and it is ideal for scenic hikes to the Maria Waldrast monastery, the Gleinserhöfe or to the impressive Serles summit in summer. A fast-paced descent on the summer toboggan run guarantees fun for the entire family. The free ski bus that takes you to Stubai Glacier and the Schlick 2000 area stops just 3 minutes away from our Sternhof guesthouse. A supermarket, restaurants and a bakery can be reached after about a 100 m. The wheelchair-accessible Sternhof guesthouse accommodates 4 to 10 people and is brightly furnished, designed with great love for detail and taste and contains superb carpenter-made elements. Our guests can choose among 5 comfortable bedrooms. The heart of our house is the new wooden kitchen/living area with dishwasher and a particularly cosy sitting corner where the whole family comes together for dinner. The bathroom downstairs is wheelchair accessible and also the other 3 bath rooms offer great comfort. Next to the tiled stove in the farmhouse parlour you can end an active day in the Stubai Alps in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. When the sun is out, the terrace and the lawn invite you to end the day with delicious grilled delicacies. From the spacious balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the scenery. We also provide a high chair, crib, games and a selection of books to your children. Let your kids unwind in our garden with sandpit, slide and swing. A ski storage room and a washing machine, and free Wi-Fi make the ideal holiday facility complete. Upon request we even have fresh bread and rolls delivered to your apartment in the morning. Whether you are a sports fan or looking for recreation, the Stubaital and our Sternhof guesthouse offer something for everyone. 4 ski resorts invite you to have fun in the snow, Stubai Glacier with a large children's paradise, the friendly family skiing in Mieders with illuminated natural toboggan run, that you can conveniently reach from the house via a meadow, and the Schlick 2000 with its traditional huts that is only 3 km away. The price is exclusive tourist tax € 2,80 per person / per night. Guests, who turn 16 years in the respective calendar year or older have to pay resort tax.
