Only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Schladming, directly on the walking, cycling, hiking, jogging and dog routes. The entrance to the 4-mountain ski area or the cross-country skiing paradise Ramsau is easily accessible by bus right next to the SUN SIDE apartments. Congress Schladming, restaurants & shops in the immediate vicinity!

We are a facilitator and wish-fulfiller and are available 365 days, 7 days a week.
Included is the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card with over 100 free leisure services such as free rides on the mountain railroads, free admission to almost all recreational facilities and much more, and our own Bonus Card with many benefits and bonuses in regional stores, restaurants, e-bike rental, ski rental and much more.
Ski ticket service, cribs, high chairs, transfer service, laundry & cleaning service and much more. We are here for you. Our extra portion of service is waiting for you! On arrival we charge a security deposit of € 100 per apartment via credit card authorization.
