Ferienhaus Warmuth (Holiday Home Warmuth) Holiday in Austria, holiday in Carinthia, holiday at family Warmuth in Gailtal Our holiday home is beautifully and quietly located on the outskirts of Köstendorf, the second largest village in the municipality of St. Stefan im Gailtal, in the district of Hermagor. It is located next to our private house. In the holiday home there are 2 separate holiday apartments with a wonderful view into the Gailtal. The apartment on the ground floor with garden terrace is approx. 65m² and offers space for 2-4 persons. The apartment on the 1st floor with balcony is approx. 75m² and offers space for 4-6 persons. The apartments are fully equipped. There is free W-LAN and SAT-TV. We also have free parking facilities directly in front of the holiday home. For E-cars there is a charging possibility if required. All apartments are fully equipped: They have a kitchen incl. dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and all necessary kitchen utensils Bathroom with shower, Toilet, Washing machine, balcony or garden terrace, Bedroom with double bed, Living room (with sofa bed for 2 persons) and a foyer. The apartment on the 1st floor also has a children's room with 2 single beds. Towels and bed linen are included in both apartments. Our private house garden is located directly next to the holiday home. You are welcome to use the barbecue and the pavilion by arrangement. For relaxation you can also use the sun loungers in our garden free of charge. A baker from our region delivers fresh bread and other baked goods in the morning. You can order these individually according to your wishes. All our apartments are non-smoking apartments.You can smoke on the balcony / terrace.  After each departure, the apartments are cleaned and disinfected by us properly. The municipality of St. Stefan is situated in the Adriatic fair weather zone of the central Gail valley. Pleasant and mild climate, high humidity and many sunny days have a positive effect on respiratory diseases and strengthen the immune system. The forests and fields with their theme and adventure hiking trails invite you to take long walks. Discover the surroundings by bike, on the Carnic cycle path or enjoy your day at the Pressegger lake, which is only a few minutes away. Sociable evenings at our garden barbecue with pavilion let the day end comfortably. The Nassfeld is about 15 minutes away by car. This is the largest ski area in the Southern Alps. It is a wonderful winter sports, climbing and hiking area. About 500m away from our house the ski bus goes directly to the Nassfeld.  Families and pets are welcome. The Warmuth holiday home is open all year round. We speak German, English and Slovenian. Additional costs: visitor's tax, electricity (according to consumption), heating (according to consumption), final cleaning (fix payment) Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. You are allowed to smoke on the balcony / terrace. Our private house garden is next to the holiday home. The barbecue and the pavilion can be used free of charge by arrangement. The minimum stay per apartment is 3 nights in the low season and 7 nights in the high season. For electricity and heating you only pay the actual consumption. The costs for this will be invoiced accordingly at the end of the holiday (0,30€ / kwh). After each departure, the apartments will be cleaned and disinfected by us properly. For this you pay the cleaning fee. You must pay the tourist tax.
