A very quiet location on the sunny plateau in Ötztal. The mountain village Niederthai has become an insider's tip because of its unique landscape, peace and solitude.

The rooms have everything to make you feel comfortable while on holiday here. You will certainly enjoy your family holiday here once you've tried our cooking with local and international specialities. You can charge up on vitality and calmness in Griesser's relaxation area with a sauna and relaxation room.

Land of adventure. The kids can experience a lot of things in and around our farm. The Kinderwelt (children's world) is a paradise for playing and running around for kids and grown-ups, too. There's plenty of variety for children of every age at the adventure playground, which has great playground equipment. You won't be bored there.

Children love the petting zoo. Very close contact with various animals, such as rabbits, guinea pigs, pygmy goats, Wallachian sheep, pot-bellied pigs, mini pigs, ponies and lamas.
