Seebrauer is located on the Afritzer See, with a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The good accessibility, between the large ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen, Tarvisio and Kranjska Gora and the beautiful cities such as Villach and Klagenfurt in the vicinity, makes the location ideal. The lakes Feldsee, Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Faakersee and Wörthersee are all reachable within 10 to 30 minutes by car. The Austrian lakes are known for the good water quality and the wide variety of water sports activities. Carinthia has the most hours of sunshine and with the mild climate the right weather conditions for your holiday almost all year round. Most apartments have a spacious balcony with seating and a beautiful view of the Afritzer See and the Mirnock mountain. Seebrauer has a private beach for our guests with a sunbathing area, a sloping lake draft and a boat house. You can also use the terrace on the waterfront. Next to the building is a spacious and safe parking lot. Pets are only allowed in the apartments by prior arrangement, they are always on a leash in the house and dogs are not allowed on the private beach No noise after 11pm
