From 13 December 2015 until 17 April 2016, the property operates a full service which includes:

- Varied sweet and savoury tea and pre-dinner canapes
- A 4 course dinners prepared by one of Morzine’s top chefs
- Daily room clean and complimentary handmade toiletries
- Covered parking for guests arriving by car
- Discounts on ski and boot hire
- Booking of ski lessons
- On-site child care services

During the winter months the changeover day on a Sunday. This means that all arrivals or departures must be on a Sunday. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
