House Polovnik Bovec

The House Polovnik Bovec is a charming mountain chalet located in the valley of the Slovenian Alps,. It is in the Srpenica area of Bovec. The property is located right on the main square in Srpenica, near to the Sochi River. The centre of Bovec is accessible in a couple of minutes by car. The distance to the ski areas is approximately eight kilometres, and can be reached in an easy ten minute drive. In the summer, there are fantastic hiking and cycling trails near to the accommodation.



The cottage is fully renovated but retains many of the delightful and traditional original features from its past days as a hunters cottage. It has the capacity to sleep up to six people. It is tastefully decorated and furnished, with all modern facilities. Comfort is assured. On the ground floor there is a spacious fitted kitchen, dining room and living room with a cosy fireplace. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms with ample storage. A cot is available. Facilities include a refrigerator, TV,DVD player and a washing machine and dryer. It offers a very welcoming atmosphere in the heart of the countryside, with traditional charms and modern amenities.

A popular activity from the home is skiing in nearby Bovec. There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars in Srpenica, only a few minutes' walk from the cottage. Transfers can be arranged from the airport or railway. Skis and other sports equipment can be stored in the basement.
