- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), French door opening onto a north-facing balcony, very nice view of Lake Chevril.

- Bathroom: with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, towel radiator.
- Separate toilet, with washbasin.
- Living room - lounge - kitchen: a convertible sofa bed for 1 person, storage unit, shelves, bench, chairs, flat screen TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen: 3 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, new dishes, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Kitchen connected to the dining table.
