Villa Martiny

The Villa Martiny, built in 1904 in the Seeallee and the property directly at the lake, where a few years ago the very special refugium at the lake was created, are now already in the 4th generation in the possession of the family of the hostess. Here your vacation becomes a retreat and invites you to arrive at yourself and let your soul dangle and simply enjoy.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the villa and has 71 m² and a large veranda. It is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden, which can also be used. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and an anteroom. The private lake access with jetty & cabins, SUB, surfboard and rowing boat as well as barbecue facilities leaves no desires open.

The refugium at the lake is the ultimate retreat for two. It is located directly at the lake, in the middle of a natural meadow. Although so minimalistic you don´t have to miss some comfort. There is hot water in the house and a hot water outdoor shower, as well as a refrigerator on the terrace. Nespresso machine and kettle are also part of the equipment. You also find a parasol and sunbeds at the refugium.

Pets are welcome guests both in the apartment and in the refugium at the lake.

Switch off, come to rest, feel yourself and enjoy time with your loved ones. To enhance this feeling, we offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy a sound massage directly on the shore of Lake Millstätter See or a meditation under the lime trees by the lake, which provide strength and shade. Cancellation policy
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price

20 % of the total amount, due after booking. Booking is fixed only upon receipt of the deposit.
In case of cancellation, deposits already made will be converted into a value voucher, which can be redeemed at any time.
In case of emergency the amount will also be refunded after deduction of a handling fee of € 20,00.
I strongly recommend to take out a travel cancellation insurance, which can cover in case of a short term cancellation.
