Our farmhouse is situated in 1200 meters over sealevel in Fresach near the lake Millstatt (12 km). As it is a very sunny area, you can do a lot of different sports like hiking (we life direct in a hiking area), mountainbiking, nordic walking etc. Naturally u can also drive to several seas like lake Millstatt, Ossiachersee or Weissensee for swimming or just relaxing at the beach. In our house there are 2 flats to rent. Parking is no problem, there is also a great playground for childre.Our farm is in the centre of Kärnten, big towns like Villach or Spittal are only away 30 minutes by car. More information you naturally get by mailing us! If snow conditions permit, you can ski in the winter from the house on our mountain Mirnock. It is 26 km to the ski lifts and 25 km to the thermal baths. Good winter tires and carrying snow chains is appropriate. W-LAN including free Wi-Fi, but not in all rooms available, and free parking, no catering available,
