Located in a peaceful location in Medulin, outside of the crowded centre, yet close by to the emerald-blue waters and relaxing sandy beach Bijeca, this private holiday house is inviting guests to enjoy both outdoor and indoor living! Ground floor features two cosy bedrooms with double beds, living room with couch and flat TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and washing machine! On the First floor you will also find another living room with couch (for 2 additional sleeps), fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and washing machine and one bedroom with large bed for 2 persons. There is air-conditioning in the living room and entrance to the relaxing balcony/terrace with comfortable furniture - perfect for a nice afternoon with a glass of wine! Sea distance from the holiday house is 500 m! First beach is 1,4 km away! Gorgeous sandy beach Bijeca is only 2 km away! WIFI is available throughout the property, as well as towels and bed linen, which are available and free of charge. There are two free parking spaces available - one in the property area and the other one on the street in front of the house. The entrance to the front yard is the only thing shared with the owner (who lives in the house next door but gives you complete privacy). The perfect closeness to the beach as well as the center where all the important events are during the summer. While in Medulin enyoing your vacation you can visit some of the islannd of the Medulin arrchipelago. It is a real paradies for lovers of nature. Islands Ceja, Levan, Bodulaš are perfect for the whole day excursion since they offer catering facilities. Besides the Medulin archipelago is ideal for windsurfers, water skies and perfect for diving. You can reach all islands by your own boat, taxi boat or you can rent a boat. Medulin Riviera is ideal for cyclists since the area has one of the most beautiful mountain bike trails in Istria. In Medulin there are also many other possibilities such as horse riding, tennis, beach volleyball. Take some time to visit ancient Pula, Istrian Mummies, National Park Brijuni, Nature Park Cape Kamenjak, Venice, Baredine Cave or take part of a panoramic flight over the whole area.
