Villa Esmeralda II are two holiday houses located in the small town of Novigrad, only 1000 meters from the beach, the center, restaurants and all entertainment facilities. Villa Esmeralda II covers an area of 280 m2 and can accommodate up to 12 people. Both houses consist of two floors. On the ground floor there are two spacious living rooms that offer a beautiful view of the pool, together with well-equipped kitchens and dining rooms. There are also two rooms with a sofa bed for two people, which means an extra bed for 4 people. There are garden furniture on the terraces where you can relax in the fresh air with your morning coffee. An outdoor grill is also available. On the first floor, there are 4 double bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, and balconies equipped with tables and chairs from which you can enjoy the view of Novigrad.
