You can discover the Gasteinertal, surrounded by the summits of the Hohe Tauern range right outside our hotel thanks to its access to the extensive hiking paradise or skiing in the Schlossalm Angertal Stubnerkogel skiing area with the longest descent of the Eastern Alps. Should you wish to explore the area with the bicycle, get to know the Gasteinertal along the Alpe Adria cycling trail. Located right at the Achenpromenade, you feel will the Bad Hofgastein’s flair when strolling the area. Access to the hotel is trouble-free, parking is possible right at the house.

Whether families or couples, individual travellers or groups – our 68 rooms, mostly with balcony, are quietly oriented towards the park or offer fantastic views of the Stubnerkogel. The home-made and regional products of our breakfast buffet provide the necessary energy for your active hiking and/or skiing day in the Gasteinertal. Grant yourself peace in the large garden or enjoy a revitalising cup of coffee on the sun terrace. We pamper our guests with a gala dinner once per week.
You experience the soothing effect of Gastein’s thermal waters after a guided hike in our own spa area including sauna and steam bath, as well as on occasion of a visit at the Alpentherme thermal spa in Bad Hofgastein. The newly opened thermal bathing lakes hereby offer a special experience.

Winter in Gastein
The varied Schlossalm Angertal Stubnerkogel skiing area equally offers fun for skiing beginners and professionals. When snow shoe hiking, on a romantic horse sleigh ride or a fast-paced toboggan ride winter in the Gasteinertal can also be enjoyed off-piste.
