Hotel Restaurant Südrast Dreiländereck

Südrast is a 4-star hotel located at the entrance to the Dobratsch/Villacher Alpe Nature Park. Here our guests will find a unique natural landscape in the Southern Alps with - in the region - only here occurring plant and animal species, such as rare orchids and emerald lizards.
The hiking trails start right next to the house and guests can also climb the Dobratsch from here. However, the routes are only recommended for experienced mountaineers because they lead through unsecured and rocky terrain (from the landslide in 1348). A change of scenery is provided by excursions to the neighbouring countries in the border triangle: Italy and Slovenia are only about three to five km away. In 10 minutes the guests are in Villach, the cultural centre of Central Carinthia. Leisure facilities such as golf courses and tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity, the popular Carinthian bathing lakes and the Warmbad-Villach thermal baths can be reached in 10 minutes.
