Chalet Charlie

Chalet Charlie is located directly below the slopes of the modern ski resort in the bustling town of Livigno. In Northwest Italy, it is located at 1,816 metres altitude. It is amongst the highest lying municipalities in Europe. In addition, it enjoys a special duty free regime, whereby one can buy a great variety of gifts and souvenirs at inexpensive prices. The resorts of Mottolino and Carosello 3000 are close to hand, as well as the largest European snow park. In winters there are many great activities to enjoy both on and off the snow, and in the summer one can enjoy hundreds of kilometres of marked hiking and biking trails. These include stunning and magnificent glaciers. The Bernina Express Train makes for a pleasant journey, and it has been in operation for over a century.

Chalet Charlie was completely renovated in 2000, and so today guests can enjoy the highest standards of comfort and nicely decorated rooms. There are five apartments with one bedroom, and two apartments that have two bedrooms. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and are decorated in an authentic alpine style. Cots, baby walkers and high chairs are available on request. .

Chalet Charlie can assist with ski equipment hire. There is storage space available for skis in the winter months and bicycles in the summer season. Guests can soak up some alpine sun on the terrace, and make use of the BBQ whilst enjoying cooking and dining al fresco.
