In Tignes, located in the heart of the Curling B Tour building and Val Claret, on the 4th floor, this functional and very comfortable apartment is beautifully well equipped. You are guaranteed to have an unforgettable stay, in close proximity to the slopes, shops, and numerous activities. Classified 3 stars. Its living room opens onto a lovely south-facing terrace, with views of the snowy mountains. It has a sofa with 2 single trundle beds (2X80), a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker) for preparing your meals, which you can then enjoy in the dining area for 6 people. The separate master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160) and a shower room with toilet. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, with the upper bed not suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no 95-949 of August 25, 1995). Blankets + 3 duvets (140X200- 180X170- 240X220) Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet. You will have central heating during your stay. Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and pets are not allowed. With 300 km of slopes, you can indulge in a wide range of winter sports on the snowy slopes of the Tignes resort, such as skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating (outdoor ice rink open depending on weather conditions). In summer, golf enthusiasts can go to the 18-hole Tignes Golf Course, just 200 meters from the apartment. You will also find local shops, restaurants, and bars at the foot of the residence to enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends. The region also has beautiful natural trails and a rich heritage. Therefore, you can go on day trips or water sports such as rafting, with majestic mountains in the background.
