On the 4th floor of a residence with an elevator, the 24m² southwest-facing apartment consists of a living room with a trundle bed (2X80 possibility of making a large bed) and a fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Oven, Refrigerator, Coffee maker). In the entrance there are also 2 bunk beds, a separating curtain, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no 95-949 of August 25, 1995). 4 duvets (140X200) + 2 blankets. It has a shower room with toilet. Housing not accessible to disabled people. The apartment also has a ski locker where you can store your equipment when you return from the slopes. Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price, nor is the rental of household and bed linen. You can add these services if you wish at the time of booking. Tourist tax to be paid on site. Paid parking spaces are available in the resort. (pre-booking recommended through our agency) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and pets are not allowed. In the center of the resort, you can stock up at the nearest supermarket, less than 200 meters away, and then prepare delicious recipes with the provided kitchen equipment, including an electric hob, an oven, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, everything you need is at your disposal. Then enjoy your meals around the dining table. If you don't feel like cooking, you will find the nearest restaurants at 30 meters away! Comfortable and functional, the apartment also has central heating and a television. With 300 km of slopes, you can indulge in a wide range of winter sports on the snowy slopes of the Tignes resort, such as skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating (outdoor ice rink open depending on weather conditions). In summer, golf enthusiasts can go to the 18-hole Golf course in Tignes, located about 5 minutes away. The region also has beautiful natural trails and a rich heritage. You can go on day trips or practice water sports such as rafting, with the majestic mountains in the background. The keys to the rental will be collected directly from our Agency. Your arrival will be even easier as the Glacier agency is located a few meters from the apartment and open 7 days a week in the winter season.
