The residence "L'Echayer" is located about 500 meters from the village center, shops and slopes, with a free shuttle stop nearby during the winter season. It is a large independent chalet, composed of 4 apartments, facing south and west. Very beautiful unobstructed and sunny view of the mountains. Private garage for each apartment.

The apartment located on the 1st floor of the residence is a triplex with a private garage on the ground floor.
1st floor:
- entrance opening onto the main room with equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary dishes,
- dining area, living room with sofas, TV. South balcony
