Considering the contradictory findings made during the judicial expertise meeting of 11.12.19 on the balconies of 6 apartments representing 10% of the total number of apartments in the residence, which indicate proven damage affecting the strength of the railings and therefore the safety of people who may be present there, considering the report from ANNECY STRUCTURES of 12.12.19, the report from SOCOTEC of 14.11.16 and the report from ARBORESCENCE of 03.01.17, it is necessary to immediately prohibit access to the balconies of the residence on all floors until further notice.
It should be noted that the tenon/mortise and metal post/wooden post assemblies are hidden, they may be damaged, making walking on the balconies even more dangerous.
This prohibition is communicated to the owners and occupants of the apartments by any appropriate means: registered letter, posting at the entrance doors of the residence and at the entrance doors to the balconies from the apartments.
