It should be noted that the tenon/mortise and metal post/wood post assemblies are hidden, they can be damaged, making walking on the balconies even more dangerous.
This prohibition is communicated to the owners and occupants of the apartments by any appropriate means: registered letter, display at the entrance doors of the residence and at the entrance doors to the balconies from the apartments.
