Considering the contradictory findings made during the judicial expertise meeting of 11.12.19 on the balconies of 6 apartments representing 10% of the total number of apartments in the residence which indicate proven damage affecting the strength of the guardrails and therefore the safety of people who might be there, considering the report from ANNECY STRUCTURES of 12.12.19, the report from SOCOTEC of 14.11.16 and the report from ARBORESCENCE of 03.01.17, it is necessary to immediately prohibit access to the balconies of the residence on all floors until further notice.
It is added that the hidden tenon/mortise and metal posts/wooden posts assemblies can be damaged, making it even more dangerous to walk on the balconies.
This prohibition is communicated to the owners and occupants of the apartments by any appropriate means: registered letter, display at the entrance doors of the residence and at the entrance doors to the balconies from the apartments.
Apartment for sale, the agency therefore reserves the right to visit in agreement with the tenants.
