Arc 1950 is a unique village concept in Europe. Arc 1950 welcomes 8 residences, each displaying its own style and all classified as 5 stars, ideal for a family, friends, and mountain stay. The luxury apartments are spacious and comfortable with a balcony or terrace.

All residences have ski-in/ski-out access, and after your day of skiing, you can relax in the beautiful Deep Nature Spa area signed by Cinq Mondes, which offers many wellness packages (available for pre-booking, additional fee required for access).
To complete the setting, various wellness areas are also freely accessible with heated hot tubs, a gym in some buildings, sauna, steam room, and indoor/outdoor heated pool (accessible depending on the building).

Please note: The outdoor pools at Prince des Cimes and Hameau du Glacier are closed for the winter of 2025.
The steam room is out of order and will not be accessible this winter 2025 for accommodations located in the buildings Auberge Jérôme and Source de Marie.
