The residence LE SERAC is located at the top of the resort on Place de Péclet, close to the Péclet shopping center (restaurants, shops, pharmacy..).
Access to the slopes is across the street.

This approximately 80m2 apartment for 8 people is pleasant and sunny, it is located on the 9th floor with an elevator and has a veranda facing south/east with a panoramic view of the mountains.
It is equipped with a double bed in one bedroom, another bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bedroom in a veranda with bunk beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The toilets are separate, there is a shower room and a bathroom with a toilet.
