New apartment located in the quiet neighborhood of Rochebrune near the village center of Megève. Located 15-20 minutes walk from the center of Megève and less than 10 minutes walk from the Rochebrune ski lifts. With a surface area of 83m², it comfortably accommodates 6 adults in double rooms and 2 children in bunk beds. Its bright living room opens onto a large balcony with views of the Praz-sur-Arly valley. This balcony is ideal for enjoying the sun's rays in the evening. The dining area invites conviviality and sharing with its beautiful long wooden table. Finally, its large sofa offers a moment of softness and serenity to its occupants.
You can also relax in the relaxation area of the residence (Building D). This area (pool and gym) is open every day of the year from 8am to 8pm.
The sauna and hammam are operational from mid-December (start of school holidays) to April 30, in July and August, as well as every weekend from 9am to 7pm.
The free MegBus shuttle stop is 150m away (Faucigny stop).
