This new residence in Megève is located in the quiet neighborhood of Rochebrune, less than 10 minutes from the city center by car. You can also relax in the relaxation area of the residence (Building D). This area includes a swimming pool, a gym, a hammam, and a sauna.

New 228m² penthouse located in the quiet neighborhood of Rochebrune near the village center of Megève. Its beautiful living room opening onto a balcony allows you to admire the mountains in the distance with a view of Mont Blanc. Its equipped kitchen and large dining table will allow its occupants to gather and share delicious moments. This apartment is ideally arranged for 8 adults and 6 children. It consists of four double bedrooms and one children's room. Its warm decoration will provide guests with a real moment of sweetness during their stay while enjoying the fireplace in the living room.
You can also relax in the relaxation area of the residence (Building D). This area (pool and gym) is open every day of the year from 8am to 8pm.
The sauna and hammam are operational from mid-December (start of school holidays) to April 30, in July and August, as well as every weekend from 9am to 7pm.
