Located in the heart of the resort and Val Claret, on the 4th floor with elevator, this functional and very comfortable 65m² 3-room apartment is very well equipped. You are guaranteed to have an unforgettable stay, in close proximity to the slopes, shops, and numerous activities. Its living room opens onto a lovely southwest-facing balcony, with views of the snowy mountains. It is equipped with a sofa bed (2 places 140X190), a television, a DVD player, and a radio with a CD player. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary items for preparing your meals, which you can then enjoy in the dining area for 7 people. The first separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160X190), 1 fold-down bed in the entrance, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no 95-949 of August 25, 1995), and a bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, possibility of making a large bed (2 x 80X190). Blankets. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, additional shower room, and separate toilet. You will have central heating during your stay. Ski locker at your disposal. Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included in the rate. Paid parking spaces are available near the residence (pre-booking recommended through our agency). Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and staying with pets is not allowed. With 300 km of slopes, you can indulge in a wide range of winter sports on the snowy slopes of the Tignes resort, such as skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating (outdoor ice rink open depending on weather conditions). In summer, golf enthusiasts can go to the 18-hole Tignes Golf Course, just 200 meters from the apartment. You will also find local shops, restaurants, and bars at the foot of the residence to enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends. The region also has beautiful natural trails and a rich heritage. Therefore, you can go on day trips or water sports such as rafting, with majestic mountains in the background.
